I thought the reviews were exaggerating how great the Privilege Floor at Best Star Inn was, but turns out, it’s all true! We visited during the peak of summer and we opted for the Landmark Package at the Privilege Floor to avail of the car service. Turns out it was the best decision ever made. Traveled with our 6yo daughter and it was a lifesaver to have our driver (shout out to Pin!) who gave us cold water and cold towels after each temple visit. The food nearby the hotel was amazing, the pool was a great way to cool off after a hot day (pool staff would randomly distribute fresh shakes or fruit during the hottest part of the day). We also had 2 hours of unlimited cocktails at the Outlet Lounge (THIS is why you should get the Landmark Package!) which came with a plate of tapas and finger foods.

To the Best Star management: these people are gold, you have the best staff working for you guys, they deserve a huge raise for making this hotel one of the best ever! Thanks for making our stay in Siem Reap unforgettable.
